Our Story
From a single Lekki plot to a city-wide portfolio
Bratelek Homes began with one conviction: Lagos deserved developments built to the standard of its ambition. Our first project — six terraces off Admiralty Way — sold out before the roof went on, and set the template we still follow: verified land, honest engineering, architecture worth photographing.
Twelve years later, we have delivered more than forty developments across Lekki, Ikoyi, Victoria Island, Chevron, Ajah, and Ibeju-Lekki, housing over a thousand families and anchoring the portfolios of investors on four continents.
